¿Dónde está la magia en un taller de sexualidad sagrada y consciente?

Son ya muchos los talleres que he compartido con Carmen y Michel, tantos como caben en diez años (¡si, diez años juntos, todos seguidos, uno detrás de otro, ni más ni menos!), y de ellos, con ellos (¡de vosotros, con vosotros!) he aprendido todo lo que no sabía que se podía aprender.

Pero ahora lo sé. He cambiado mucho. Los primeros años no era capaz de observar de la manera que hoy en día sé observar. Además, ahora disfruto de palabras nuevas que describen lo que antes sentía pero que no sabía reconocer, o no sabía ver, y que recibía tan difuso como confuso.

Estas que siguen son mis mejores palabras para describir “la magia” de Carmen y Michel, aquello que no se ve con facilidad pero que todos sentimos y recibimos con intensidad cristalina en el momento que estamos con ellos (¡con vosotros!) y especialmente, en los talleres de sexualidad sagrada y consciente. Así es como entiendo “la magia” que nos inunda, magia muy presente en la manera en que se ofrecen a la relación con el otro, generando «esa energía extraordinaria y acogedora» que permite que lo cerrado se abra y lo impensable suceda. Sobre amar, sobre el amor

Durante años, he jugado con mí entender del amor y lo he querido poner en práctica. Al menos, siento que lo he hecho lo mejor que he podido en cada situación. Esto me alivia. Los desencuentros son torpezas o limitaciones. Esto lo sé. No me considero un artista del amor. Sigo aprendiz del amor. Mi intención de practicar “amar” no es otra que mi intención de “aprender a amar”. Sigo en mi reconocimiento de que aún no sé amar. O de que la manera que he tenido de amar no me gusta y no me ha conducido a las relaciones que anhelo cultivar.

Quiero aprender un amar diferente. Siento este el momento de cosechar algunos frutos. Aunque resulten frutos amargos y desagradables. (más…)

#lovetopía y el tabú de lo femenino, el desnudo y el sexo

Llevo unos días inmerso en una reflexión especial. He dedicado tiempo y relaciones a elegir cuál será la portada de la 3ra. Edición de #lovetopía. Ahora, sin embargo, siento que esto es sólo la parte más notoria y concreta de la reflexión. Tener que decidir sobre la portada me ha llevado a algo que siento más profundo y más íntimo.

Veo con facilidad un nivel de reflexión superficial. ¿Mantengo la portada y construyo sobre el reconocimiento que tiene la 2ª Edición, o estreno portada y renuevo mi homenaje a la mujer a través de la obra de Pictor Mulier? ¿Elijo con criterios comerciales, propios del dominio de la razón y la cabeza, o elijo desde la espontaneidad del sentir, desde ese “me gusta” fácil que se escurre entre los dedos y que siento conectado con mi amor y mi corazón? ¿Decido continuidad y garantizo que nadie entrará en la confusión de creer que es una novela diferente (por tener una portada diferente), u ofrezco novedad y sigo con el juego (de portadas distintas) confiando en la capacidad de descubrir y sonreír de quien ya me ha leído y me conoce? ¿Conservo un semidesnudo que no se reciba ofensivo en los extremos de las ideologías actuales, o recupero un desnudo integral que exalte la belleza y el mensaje aún a sabiendas de que habrá quien critique y rechace?

Pero mi reflexión se ha deslizado hacia la raíz de algo diferente, quizás más cercano a mi condición de hombre. ¿Por qué elijo portadas con cuerpo de mujer desnuda? ¿Por qué elijo mujer desnuda? ¿Por qué elijo desnuda? ¿Por qué de espaldas, escondiendo cuerpo o mostrando cuerpo? ¿Qué hay detrás? ¿Qué siento que hay detrás? ¿Qué me reconforta y qué me turba? ¿Por qué siento satisfacción íntima con lo que elijo y miedo íntimo a que me rechacen por lo que elijo? ¿Con qué me conecta esta situación de elección? Love/Amor: a thinking session for CreativeMornings/Madrid

Last Friday, July 29th, I gave a talk about what is LOVE, written like that, in capital letters. The context was the event organized by CreativeMornings/Madrid. The place was SoulSight‘s office, the organizers, a few meters away of the Puerta de Alcalá in Madrid.

The day couldn’t be more appropriate. I was born on July 29th and it was my birthday, 48th to be concise. Upon arrival, I found a extremely festive and well decorated space. There were hearts everywhere. Heart-shaped balloons. Sticks decorated with a heart. Chocolate cookies with heart drawings. Even a heart-shaped cake. It made me feel special, and it all continued very special. Although the decor matched the event and the theme of the talk, Love / Amor, I felt that it was also my birthday party.
