¿Dónde está la magia en un taller de sexualidad sagrada y consciente?

Son ya muchos los talleres que he compartido con Carmen y Michel, tantos como caben en diez años (¡si, diez años juntos, todos seguidos, uno detrás de otro, ni más ni menos!), y de ellos, con ellos (¡de vosotros, con vosotros!) he aprendido todo lo que no sabía que se podía aprender.

Pero ahora lo sé. He cambiado mucho. Los primeros años no era capaz de observar de la manera que hoy en día sé observar. Además, ahora disfruto de palabras nuevas que describen lo que antes sentía pero que no sabía reconocer, o no sabía ver, y que recibía tan difuso como confuso.

Estas que siguen son mis mejores palabras para describir “la magia” de Carmen y Michel, aquello que no se ve con facilidad pero que todos sentimos y recibimos con intensidad cristalina en el momento que estamos con ellos (¡con vosotros!) y especialmente, en los talleres de sexualidad sagrada y consciente. Así es como entiendo “la magia” que nos inunda, magia muy presente en la manera en que se ofrecen a la relación con el otro, generando «esa energía extraordinaria y acogedora» que permite que lo cerrado se abra y lo impensable suceda. An introductory course and first experience with HeartMath

After my writing of #lovetopía and my SIYLI training, I was in a strong will to get closer to the HeartMath Institute (HMI). Some way, I felt the need to deep on an alternative approach to current mindfulness theories where the «heart» plays also a role. This will got stronger after my BeingOne Forum experiece as presenter when an unknown attendee (who happened to be Silvia Di Luzio) gifted me her book by the title «Start with the Heart – A new medical model«.

So, once more, I asked for and life provided. This online course by the name «HeartMath Resilience Advantage Program» pass through some weeks ago and I enrolled. The course was online and in Spanish. I received a booklet with the main contents in my postbox some days before the course started. We were six participants plus Pablo, the teacher (he declared that he is the unique HMI Certified Teacher in Spain)

About blindspots: a journaling exercise

My first reaction regarding “blindspot”, when thinking blindspot, is to refuse talking, or writing, as I easily close the question with this “How I am able to know my blindspots if I am blind to them?”. But meditation has helped me connect with humility and quick journaling has unfold some insights.

First, I will be writing about those blindspots that come from others’ reactions to myself that I find surprising, like if I was not the person who cause the reaction. Then, I will try to focus on those self-discoveries, maybe old “blindspots” I recently acknowledge about myself, which I received as a deeper self-knowledge. Lastly, I will reflect on behaviors flying around which I suspect could be an early reflection of blindspots.

Let me start by focusing on those blindspots that come from others’ reactions to myself that surprises me like if I was not the person who cause the reaction. (más…)

Love/Amor: a thinking session for CreativeMornings/Madrid

Last Friday, July 29th, I gave a talk about what is LOVE, written like that, in capital letters. The context was the event organized by CreativeMornings/Madrid. The place was SoulSight‘s office, the organizers, a few meters away of the Puerta de Alcalá in Madrid.

The day couldn’t be more appropriate. I was born on July 29th and it was my birthday, 48th to be concise. Upon arrival, I found a extremely festive and well decorated space. There were hearts everywhere. Heart-shaped balloons. Sticks decorated with a heart. Chocolate cookies with heart drawings. Even a heart-shaped cake. It made me feel special, and it all continued very special. Although the decor matched the event and the theme of the talk, Love / Amor, I felt that it was also my birthday party. Amor/Love: una reflexión para CreativeMorning/Madrid

El pasado viernes, 29 de julio, ofrecí una charla sobre qué es, a mi entender, el AMOR, así escrito, en mayúsculas. El contexto fue CreativeMornings/Madrid y el lugar las oficinas de SoulSight, los organizadores, a escasos metros de la Puerta de Alcalá en Madrid.

El día no pudo ser más apropiado. Nací un 29 de julio y ese día cumplí años, 48 para ser conciso. De buena mañana, la organización hizo que un coche negro de Cabify me recogiese en la puerta de casa y me llevase al evento. Al llegar, encontré un espacio festivo y exquesitamente decorado. Había corazones por todos lados. Globos con forma de corazón. Palillos decorados con un corazón. Galletas con dibujos de chocolate de corazón. Incluso una tarta moldeada de corazón. Aquello me hizo sentir especial, y especial continué. Aunque la decoración correspondía al evento y al tema de la charla, Amor/Love, yo sentí que aquello también era mi fiesta de cumpleaños espacial.
